And while reports in America claimed Gutman was offered a deal by the Ibrox club, it appears he will instead pen terms with Celtic.The Scottish Sun report that Gutman has started following Celtic on Twitter, just hours after Brendan Rodgers, the club’s manager, confirmed his interest in the 22-year-old.A deal is believed to be close, with Gutman making an Old Firm U-turn to pen terms with the Hoops.Gutman is on the lookout for a club after leaving Indiana Hoosiers, the team that represents Indiana University. He won the 2018 Hermann Trophy for being the year’s most outstanding player as Indiana were crowned champions of the Big Ten conference.Gutman was also named TDS National Player of the Year, and was voted into the first choice All-America team for the 2018 season.Polster is expected to join Rangers having been offered a deal at the same time as Gutman.
