Norwich maintained their status as leaders of the Championship after claiming an exciting 3-2 victory against Bristol City.The visitors took the lead at Carrow Road through Jamie Patterson before Norwich equalised on 36 minutes from Kenny McLean.

David Wheater’s header was cleared off the line but centre-back partner Mark Beevers was on hand to bury from close range.Ezgjan Alioski proved to be the match-winner, firing in from Mateusz Klich’s cross. Bolton boss Phil Parkinson was sent to the stands moments after the goal.Leeds remain two points behind Norwich with a game in hand.
